About
My office is centrally located right on the Trans Canada Highway in downtown Salmon Arm, BC. I am currently accepting new clients and offer in-person sessions!
Mission
My goal is to help you find the missing piece. Often we seek help from a counselor when a situation has become so overwhelming we feel like we have nowhere else to turn. It is my hope that together we can find the answers that work for you, your family and your unique situation.
Vision
I feel that we all deserve happiness, fulfillment, and are worthy of feeling heard. My hope is that I can show you that you are capable of solving your own problems, by helping you build your self-esteem, self-compassion, and working through past traumas.
